E-commerce fulfilment

Three channels, one shelf. The shelf has to win.

Shopify, Amazon and wholesale all sell the same stock. When they disagree with the warehouse, you oversell, cancel and refund. We make the floor the one source of truth and feed every channel from it.

A brand that fulfils from its own floor has the hardest version of the inventory problem: several storefronts, each with its own idea of available stock, a shipping tool in the middle, and accounting that sees it all last.

The fix is not another app. It is deciding which system owns each fact, and building reliable, logged connections between them so the warehouse count drives what the channels promise.

What we usually find

Where fulfilment loses money.

Oversell

Channels promise stock the floor lacks

Each storefront syncs on its own clock, so a sell-out on one is still for sale on another.

Re-keying

Orders typed between tools

Wholesale orders by email, marketplace orders exported and imported, and accounting updated by hand.

Returns

Returns in nobody's system

Refunded on the channel, restocked on the floor, invisible to accounting.

What we build

One inventory, every channel, invoiced on ship.

Inventory as one number

The warehouse count pushed to Shopify, Amazon and your wholesale portal on a cadence that stops overselling.

Orders into one queue

Every channel's orders land in the ERP or WMS as orders, with the customer and ship-to resolved.

Labels and tracking

ShipStation or carrier APIs from the pick, tracking back to the channel the same day.

Returns that land everywhere

A return restocks the floor, credits the customer and posts to accounting without three people typing.

Wholesale ordering portal

Dealers and retail accounts order on their own login with their pricing, instead of by email.

Margin by channel

Fees, freight and returns per channel, so you know which one is actually paying.

Common questions

From brands, before the first call.

We use ShipStation. Do you replace it?

No. ShipStation, Shopify and Amazon stay. We connect them to the system that should own inventory and orders, and make the hand-offs between them reliable and visible.

How fast can inventory sync run?

As often as the channel APIs allow and your floor can keep up with, usually minutes. The assessment sets the cadence per channel and the rules for safety stock.

We do not have an ERP, just accounting and a spreadsheet. Is that a problem?

It is the normal starting point. The assessment says whether a light WMS, an ERP or a custom inventory system on SQL Server fits your volume, and what each costs over three years.

Tell us which channel oversold last.

Thirty minutes, no obligation. We reply within one business day.
